| This field should be left empty if you are running RepliGo Professional version 1.2 or later on your BlackBerry. You can check the version number by selecting About from the RepliGo menu. |
| This is the email address that you use to send conversion requests to the RepliGo Professional server. The address listed is associated with your service account and is verified on the server prior to the conversion taking place. |
| If your BlackBerry is part of a corporation using BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) the "From" address MUST be set to your corporate email address. |
| If your BlackBerry in NOT part of a BlackBerry Enterprise Server environment and you use the BlackBerry Web Client the "From" address MUST be set to match the "Sent From Address" that you set up as the "From" address via the Web Client. |
| For best results you will want to set the address to be the same as the address that your BlackBerry service is using. |
| Web Client users can adjust and see these settings by visiting the "Email Accounts" page on your wireless carrier's Web Client site. |
